"Amazing stay! One thing we did not like it was a loud fan outside our terrace therefore we had no use of it at all. However, pool and sauna calmed us down hehe! Very nice stay. Easy and free parking, close to the Palma and main roads."

"The room was impeccably clean. Modern furnishings and decor. The hotel itself is sparkling with amazing furniture and lots of seating areas. The breakfast buffet was really great with several specialty coffee machines throughout and a huge variety pastries, meats, cheeses, etc. The pool was really pleasant. The rooftop deck has amazing views with delicious drinks and a nice dinner and appetizer menu. The staff were very helpful with calling taxis and provided extra towels, etc. The hotel is in a very walkable area to restaurants, shopping and parks."

"Lovely staff sorry couldn’t remember exactly their names both Tensy/tansy? And latoya I think her name was.. they were really professional, friendly and accommodating. Everyone was from reception, housekeeping, pool and bar areas. Could not fault anyone, excellent service. As per the room.. The double bed was not the most comfortable as it kept moving apart with just the slightest movements, the toilet smelled like sewage and you could hear everything as the walls or doors were not soundproof. That’s just the room.. But the breakfast and amenities were amazing! They also had few bits of breakfast for those like us who had to leave at 5am. Would recommend the hotel and staff."

"Everything was great! Wish there s a shop at the hotel. The mini golf needs to be renovated. The staff members were great n friendly. The only confusing part was the maze from the front desk to the room or pool/beach."
