"Did not meet any staff. Check in isn’t until 4pm when the bar shuts …so pointless having it. Our stay was mid May so in season. No hoovering had been done… shower not clean. The bathroom radiator had wires showing. Basic breakfast. Over priced for facilities, cleanliness and breakfast. "

"I have never stayed in a hotel that offers a free beverage in exchange for saving the planet by minimising laundry. It’s an amazing concept which I would have opted for regardless, so very nice touch. It made me feel like you appreciate my business. Hotel is at the Center of activity. Few minutes walk to shops, bus station, museums, nightlife and restaurants. Very impressed by the entire experience. Thank you"

"Requested earlier check in and staff were able to accommodate and good service. No air conditioning in the room as broken, but there was a little electric heater that did the job. Bathroom very clean, Loved the bath tub and very powerful shower. The room was generally clean, but could really do with a deep clean to remove dust. Had to clean along headboard myself as very dusty. Overall was lovely & would stay again. "
