"Check-in process took a while. 10 people waiting in the lobby with nobody at the front desk. The one working it apparently had left to retrieve soap for another guest. She did her best to move through accomodating everyone once she did return. Room was clean & airport shuttle was on time."

"They checked us in early which was great. Then it went downhill. Room was dirty. Had empty liquor bottles on floor. Had not been vacuumed and was overall tired. Looked like a bad Marriott from the 90”s, disguised as I “boutique” hotel in Portland. Lobby was best part."
