"Great hot tub and bloody Mary’s!"

"The location was great. We could easily walk to the Wharf and the Boardwalk. Parking was tight, but once we parked, we didn't need to move the car until we headed up to the mountains. The staff was friendly. The room was on the small side but clean. We had a balcony that had a view of the wharf."

"Staff was friendly. Room was a bit run down. Hot tub was warm, not hot. No coffee other than two pods and no office access before 9:00 am. Was pleasant but could have been a bit better. "

"Disappointing stay overall. We booked a two-bed suite for three adults specifically because it advertised a sofa bed, but were told at check-in those had been removed during renovations. They did waive the cot fee, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, things went downhill from there. After our first night, housekeeping stripped all the beds and towels from our room as if we had checked out. After multiple trips to the front desk and over two hours of back-and-forth, we finally had all three beds made—but still had no hand towels and no replenished coffee supplies. While they did waive the resort fee, the experience was frustrating enough that I can’t recommend staying here. The rooms and pools still feel dated despite the refresh. The restaurant and hiking trails were nice, but not enough to make up for the service issues."

"Breakfast is more than continental - yogurt, hot oatmeal, cappucino/latte machine, greek egg wrap, fresh fruit. Rooms have been refreshed and include microwave, fridge, nespresso machines. Staff was great about booking a return to Zico and then canceling it when plans changed. Left an item for pickup from front desk at checkout - went smoothly."

"Clean and nice grounds for the hotel. Would've preferred a room facing the interior pool and gardens rather than the freeway but still not too bad. Was told the EV chargers were non functional on check in but one still worked so two cars could charge."
