"The room was very clean. The staff was tremendous. They were very friendly and helpful. The pool area was kept very clean. The food available at the food court was just okay. The food was edible and very expensive. Did not like paying for parking. It is expensive to stay and eat there; and charging for parking is over the top and insulting."

"I stayed at the hotel over the weekend with my husband. We chose this hotel expecting it to be the best in service in the area, but it was a big disappointment. Our room never received cleaning service—we arrived at 1:30, and they only knocked on the door to clean it when we were already getting ready to change. At breakfast, the staff was not attentive to what needed to be restocked once items ran out. Both days, I saw different guests having to tell them to refill food that was already gone. I would not recommend this place."

"Excellent place to stay as you get laundry and full kitchen amenities. This goes a very long way to packing lightly and saving money on breakfast/lunches in the Orlando area. Also, the property was clean, restful and you have a home away from home if you wish. "

"I checked in and immediately checked right back out. I’m not afraid to stay in a rough area, but I do expect a clean room, and this was by far the worst place I have ever seen. The room was absolutely filthy and disgusting. The door was dented and damaged, the sheets had hair and stains (possibly blood or other bodily fluids), the mirrors were smeared, the floors were dirty, and the bathtub was stained. The entire room smelled old and musty. I went to the front desk and they tried to move me to another room, but it was even worse. The manager even told us not to pull back the bedding because we would “mess it up,” and said he saw us checking it, which was very unsettling. The second room was just as bad, with dirty bedding, stained furniture, and damaged doors. I got a refund and left immediately. The online pictures look nothing like the property. It felt more like an hourly rental than a hotel. Spent $100 more at a resort nearby and it was worth every penny. Stay far away. "

"As some who is paralyzed & in a wheelchair, we were extremely impressed with our ADA King room. The gentleman who checked us in was prompt, polite and professional. Don't be fooled by this older property, the service and the rooms are perfectly acceptable and the price provides an excellent value stay for this area. Will return without hesitation!"
