"We have been staying at this Best Western for over 20 years. It is a bit of a hidden gem. It’s close to the freeway, stores and restaurants. It is very quiet and maintained well. We love that they have a pool, hot tub and a sauna."

"The night manager promised to move us to the water front view for an additional $10 per night. It was supposed to happen the next day. She forgot to do it the next day and when we asked the day manager, the hotel manager said it will be $35 and he is not honoring his night manager decision. The reason why, he said we are booked and only two rooms available plus we booked through a third party. This is horrible on their part and they seem very unprofessional. "

"We stayed 2 nights. The breakfast the 1st morning was cancelled due to a electrical problem so we had to go out for breakfast. The 2nd day breakfast was posponed a half hour. There were no eggs to go with th e sausage, which wasn't very good. Not impressed with the breakfast"
