"Been staying here for years. Constantly upgrading their property, great location, great staff and amenities. I do not like that you have to pay for parking for this particular location. It just doesn’t make sense. Besides that we love the place. "

"A very nice hotel but staff was late for us and we had to wait to check in for about 30 minutes with no one at the counter. We arrived at 7ish, well after check in time. This could have absolutely been an emergency that we weren’t privy to. There is one ice maker at the bottom floor for use and drinking glasses were limited in the room. We also ended up using the ironing board as a table because there were only nightstands that were attached to the bed for use. The room as a whole was fine, the bed was comfortable, enough pillows, no noise. For the most part, just a sterile feeling."

"The front desk was very friendly & informative. Although we ate somewhere else for dinner the bar part looked inviting. The whole place inside & out was very well kept , easy access parking , i felt safe leaving my car. The breakfast was good , hot & fresh. Recommend 10 out of 10"

"It was classy, and nice but when I went to shower there was no hot water😢 so that brought the rating down... and the 2 clowns at the front desk thought they were comedians..! Trav, over and out a here...😩"

"The onsen is very relaxing. The gym has a treadmill, elliptical machine, Stationary bicycles, free weights and a weight machine. The room is nice. Great bathroom. They have a large sake selection."
