"The hotel was very clean, however we booked the room because of the location to Fort Jackson and it had a pool. The pool however was not open until late Thursday afternoon. That was really disappointing since the weather was very nice at 85 degrees. If we were informed that the pool was not working we would have found another hotel for our stay"

"Check-in was easy, but I wasn't aware of the additional $15 parking fee prior to arriving, not a huge deal but just unexpected. Once I got into the room, I proceeded to take a shower, but when I turned on the water the floor of the shower began to turn orange, which tells me it wasn't cleaned properly. I could deal with that, I'll just wash up at the sink because at this point it had been a long day, but then I hear full fledged construction going on in the room next to me, hammering, etc. I called the front desk and they were aware of the repair but unsure of how long it would take. At this point it's almost 9pm. They did relocate me to another room, so it wasn't horrible, but I wouldn't stay there again."

"The front desk gentleman was very nice and professional, The only thing was that he announced my room number with male guests behind me. I was traveling alone so it took me back a little. Usually, the front desk person will just said your room number is on your card."
