"Exactly what we needed except for the fact the city centre was a 30 min walk away, so wouldn’t be an issue if you had a rental car. There a shopping centre around the corner that was very useful "

"The place smelled as if someone had being smoking all day long. The shower was not very clean. When trying to close the shower curtains an insect came out. In some areas of the room was dusty with dead insects. Receptionist was nice"

"We didn’t stay at Le Cheval Blanc as it was closed for holidays, Hotels.com advised of a nearby chambres d’hôtes and we stayed there ‘Au clos de Charny’ which was lovely, our only problem was our room was up two flights of steep stairs. The room was spacious and clean with a large comfortable bed, a very nice shower room with a good shower. The breakfast was superb, a great choice of cheeses and charcuterie, breads, homemade jams, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt. The host is a lovely lady too."

"The whole property is so peaceful and clearly a labour of love - our room (Granit) was huge and beautifully decorated. The pool is large and the views are amazing. Madeleine was very helpful at check in but we had our privacy the rest of the time. We highly recommend a stay here."

"Overnight stop. Dinner in restaurant was good and reasonable choices for main. Beds were a bit on the smaller side. Lack of pillows, only one small pillow per bed. Rooms could do with a freshen up decorative wise."

"Pause le temps d’une soirée pour le travail et grande et immense surprise Tout est fait avec goût et d’une propreté irréprochable. L’accueil est tout simplement parfait dans un cadre au calme. J’ai pu tester la table d’hôte et la…..une énorme claque, produits du jardin et Seb est un fin cordon bleu Une très belle découverte que je vous conseille et j’y reviendrai avec un grand plaisir pour du perso."
