"Hotel is closed for renovations. Was a a bit of a shock to show up late at night with everything closed up. There was communication sent earlier in the day that the reservation was changed to another hotel but I did not have cellular data. "Our time in Campos do Jordão was very good. What a beautiful place and wonderful days with the family. Regarding the stay, there are a few important points to highlight that were not very good experiences. First, the person at the gate when we arrived was not at all friendly. Whenever we were asked about the apartment and useful areas of the building, he was quick and rude. We always looked away, and I'm not used to people like that who don't even say hello.
