"Everything was great. The one thing I will say, ensure that you have clicked on the right amount of guests; for some reason, my Expedia defaulted to one guest and we were charged 40 euro a night for each night, which ended up costing an additional 400 euro for the stay. "

"Stayed here for one night. Grounds are very pretty and hotel is based on the side of quite a steep hill so quite a lot of stairs and ramps. There are some lifts to parts of property but not all and they are in odd locations, for example one led to a pitch black banquet hall that you needed to pass through. "Best location with amazing view. Room is clean and well decorated. Beach is down the street, you need to go down and up the stairs. There is lift available, but it was working only on weekend now. Enjoyed Scilla food and beauty!"

"Lovely hotel, very comfortable beds, great service and staff. Breakfast was great also. Great for visiting Messina, close to all attractions including the Duomo. Great theatre across from hotel with free concert and lovely restaurant up the side street next to the theatre. Great view from room, we were able to watch the arrival and departure of many ships including cruise ships and the boat trains."

"Comfortable hotel with friendly staff. Well located for ferry port and train station, with tram to both for the less energetic. I checked in late Sunday afternoon which meant reception was not staffed, but intercom provided all information to get in and access key card. Very comfortable bed and perfect pillows. Shower was small, but then I'm quite large! Water temperature regulation was very sensitive. Overall a good stop over"
