Das Hotel liegt in der Industriezone, somit für Touristen vielleicht weniger interessant, dafür ist es Ruhig und es hat viele Parkplätze (Parkhaus) Das Hotel ist noch sehr neu und alles ist noch top in schuss und gepflegt. Seewaldsee is a well hidden lake, just below the Seewald mountain. Emerald water, not too cold, gorgeous views. It is a 30 min walk from the road between Fontanella and Damühls. You can't get there by car, but these days a small train brings those who are not able to walk and still want to enjoy the lake. http://www.seewaldsee.at/ can't #camp there, sorry.
