The hotel building is a beautiful mix of Scandinavian design with boho mountain elements of plants, books, local artifacts, etc. The staff is delightful from check-in to check-out. "La Briosa is a quiet, clean and charming hotel in the middle of Bolzano. It’s conveniently located near the train station and the old town. The staff were lovely and Chiara at the front desk was so sweet and helpful. The room was modern and spacious with great views. The breakfast buffet was very nice and we only ate there in the mornings during our stay. We would gladly stay again!"

"We had an amazing time. The location was fabulous. The staff and hotel were amazing. We there during August and it was VERY hot in the towns. However, being up at 1500M meant that we were able to sleep and be cooler at night. We will definitely got back!"

"The hotel has a small number of rooms and is attached to a bar/tobacconist in the centre of Salorno, in the Dolomites. There is plenty of parking and the staff are really helpful and spoke good English, and the rooms clean and very functional (although the Wifi wasn't massively reliable). The breakfast is simple but plentiful, although you need to wait to get served for coffee, which can impact you if you're in a hurry. Overall, though a really positive experience, and the attached bar had a good range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks."
