This is a pretty rundown hotel. We were placed in a back section with no elevator. Only on 2nd floor so not a deal breaker. This was “surface” clean but not really. One look in the air return grates would tell how dirty it really is. Sink took forever to drain. Big gathering area looked fun; shuffleboard, ping pong, pool, arcade, etc. Staff was helpful when asked. Restaurant and bar was decent but closed on Sunday.

We stayed in room # 112. Came back from dinner about 6:30 pm to the room and it sounded like we had “a huge party” going on. I opened the curtains and realized our view was of the pool and the large playroom next to it with 50+ kids and parents screaming to one another. This lasted until 12 midnight. Finally I got to sleep! At 4am I was awakened by staff cleaning the pool and moving furniture in the playroom. What the devil? How does one expect this kind of sleepless night at the Radisson? When we checked out the woman at the desk WAS NOT understanding at all! She stated “ gosh I’m sorry, no one else has ever complained about this. Well, I hope you have a pleasant day.” And she turned around and went into the office. She showed no customer concern at all!!! I’ll not stay in the Radisson again.

Heater made a loud squeak every time it stopped. Public areas were cold. Breakfast buffet was okay, have had better continental breakfasts. HOT TUB IS BROKEN AND WALLED OFF. Stayed for a week and suffered at the hands of a variety of noisy neighbors- the walls are quite thin, unfortunately. Staff was friendly, there were plenty of amenities and easily accessible parking. Everything great as it always is. This Hotel is very consistently good. Our only problem, which is at 95% of all hotels, was that the hot tub was not working. If you rent a room at any hotel during the week the odds of the hot tub being open is very very low. Great workers here that are always ready to help.

Older hotel for sure. Got locked out of hotel very late at night in the freezing cold and then locked out of room because key cards were working. Front desk lady blamed me; said I must have “bumped” the key card. Yeah, ok…! Problem was the other key card we had also didn’t work and the two other key cards for the other people in our party, in a different room, didn’t work either. But getting an attitude from the staff late at night blaming the customer for 4 key cards going to 2 different rooms was super awesome. Really makes me want to book here again. Not. Breakfast was a hassle requiring you to stand in line EACH DAY at the front desk to get a piece of paper saying you could eat breakfast. Refused to give us their little breakfast tickets for each day. Nope. Make you line up like cattle to eat a hotel buffet that was the usual leaving a lot to be desired those of affair.
