25-04-2025 ile 27-04-2025 tarihlerinde otelinizde konakladım. Ancak konaklamam sırasında birçok sorun yaşadım:
• Oda havalandırmaları oldukça kirliydi ve odada yerde böcekler geziyordu.
• Altıncı katta kalıyorduk ancak asansör çalışmıyordu. Durumu bildirmemize rağmen ancak iki saat sonra geri dönüş yapıldı.
• Otele giriş saati 15:00 olarak belirtilmesine rağmen 16:30’a kadar giriş yapmamıza izin verilmedi.
• Koridor kapıları şifreliydi, ancak bize şifre bilgisi verilmedi....
"La direzione ha cambiato l’appartamento spostandomi in un altro un’ora prima del check in. Comunicazione molto difficile (non hanno mai risposto ai whatsapp inviati al numero indicatomi).
Il nuovo studio non era insonorizzato e quindi molto rumoroso per i vicini (televisione, voci, uso dell’acqua etc). Basso rapporto qualità."
"Nilie Hospitality manages several properties in Thess. We had booked the Agia Sofia apartment (it is a great location) but they claimed they never got the reservation (a lie) and redirected us to a property near Ladadika (Great Apple) instead. They charged us the same price but the property was NOT equivalent to what we had booked. Huge apartment complex with terrible/non existent Wifi, dirty curtains and couches, hot water only if you pushed a button and waited 15 mins to warm up, smelly...
"The stay was excellent and staff was very friendly. We stayed an extra day as we really loved the location of this hotel. Staff was amazing getting a room arranged and let us move our stuff in right away!
Sophia was very helpful with her explanation upon arrival and was great during check out. She was easy to talk to and very knowledgeable about using busses to different cities and assisted with some great places to eat!

"I love staying at Porto Palace! The staff have excellent customer service skills, are courteous and always have a smile. They accommodated every request I made and provided guidance when needed. Thank you for providing an amazing gym with wonderful selection of music! Spa was incredible!!!! Breakfast options are excellent and hours are convenient. This is the best hotel in Thessaloniki!!!! "The staff were very professional and captured the spirit of Greek “filotimo”! The rooms were modern & clean. Food exceptional, pool “cute” and rooftop bar was fun! Convenient location for shopping and services (haircut, mani/pedi, etc.). Concierge made me 3 personal care appointments in a matter of minutes!
