"The room was very clean. Comfortable bed No bugs. They had a nice continental breakfast. Price very reasonable. Close to eating restaurants. And Andy Griffith museum in Mount Airy. Phone the Inn prior to arrival to make sure pool is open if you have children ."

"The only problem was with the beer/wine taps they had. We put $60 dollars on a card to use them and my husband only got 2 half filled beers and I got 2 wines and that was all we got for $60 dollars. A bit much in my opinion will not use this service next time."

"I was delighted to find the appearance of the hotel to look like a 1950's motel. It was so appropriate since we were going back in time to see Mt. Airy (Mayberry). However everything was clean and new looking. The continental breakfast was wonderful with buttermilk biscuits like Grandma use to make. The receptionists were friendly and helpful. It was a great trip and the hotel made a positive difference."
