"You need to make sure you read the information and get contact information before you arrive. We have not done that but the hotel reception next door helped us contact Mr Baha, who was very helpful and good in communication. The villa location was great, a few minutes walking to the beach. there is also a pool you can use, which was nice for the kids. Around 10 minutes drive to Foca. The villa was spacious, with nice kitchen. Overall it was a great experience "

"The rooms are dirty, the walls need painting. The bathroom is a disaster, with a protruding cable (the mirror has no light). The hairdryer is unusable because the socket is broken. The internet is terrible. the only advantage is the location close to shops and restaurants"

"We had the most wonderful experience at 8 Rooms House. It is reasonably well located and is a few stops from Konak on the metro. And is at 10 minute walk from the Metro. Our host, Neslihan, was super gracious and welcoming to us. The place was done up impeccably and was a great experience. Would highly recommend anyone visiting Izmir to stay here."
