"About 5pm I was sitting quietly with a book at a table on the mezzanine when staff approached me. Said I had to move because they were taking all the tables and chairs out for an event the next day. I asked if there was another place where I could go and sit that wasn't located in a loud restaurant downstairs and was told "No, and you need to move we're taking all the tables and chairs now". After paying $800+ for the night I expected better service. Convenient if you're going to a convention but I would never stay there otherwise. "

"We had a fantastic three-day stay at the Harborside Inn of Boston. The hotel was exceptionally clean, comfortable, and quiet, and its location was incredibly convenient for getting around the city. The only downside for us was the lack of a complimentary morning coffee station. However, there are a couple of chain coffee shops just a short walk away. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would happily return."

"Staff were great. I had two rooms. Parking options are horrible. There is a garage you can park at with a short walk but you can’t just come and go. Valet you can which is $62/night. Overpriced if you ask me. The driveway to check in is super congested and sometimes they barely have any valet staff. Ben was day 3 of this new job and he did very well with how chaotic it was. Very clean room and the beds were okay. "
