The room was damp and wet , window broken. Not ideal did report thwy changed sheets but the sheets were damp every morning

The Regency Hotel Solihull
Rooms were recently renovated and they were clean and very nice. The hallways were being patched and painted, which is not a negative as they are simply updating the whole property. Would stay here again as it is conveniently located and very comfortable.
