"We had a great stay. No free breakfast, but restaurant on site to order. Walkable to the expo center. "

"Was in town for the large concert at the stadium. Check in was at 3pm was there at 3 and manager told us still cleaning rooms and to wait which we did. Manager then asks other front desk person to stay over an hour as they needed to in an errand and left. Lobby became very full with people needing rooms. Front desk agent became quickly overwhelmed when he couldn’t find a reservation and advised he only been on the job four days. The other lady at the desk it was her first day. Manager should have never left employees like this when the hotel is sold out at check in time. Hotel Itself was great no other food except breakfast though in the restaurant. Location very convenient. "

"Breakfast and staff were amazing! The rooms weren't disgusting. However there was weird brown gunk on the remote and the remote only worked to change channels and volume. The shower took at least 10 minutes to get warm enough to shower in. "

"I can only rate the property and staff. We didnt even get to stay here to experience the rooms. My party and I arrived between 4:30-5:00. We pulled up to about 20 people standing in the very small lobby and outside. When I was finally able to get into the lobby to find out what was going on, we were told that no rooms were ready and she didnt know when they would be and she couldnt check anyone in. She then started taking phone numbers and saying in could be 6:30-7:00 before she could give out rooms. There was a concert in town, people were expecting to use those rooms to get ready and things. We asked if we could check in after the concert and she said that she couldnt guarantee there would be rooms available. Thats crazy. If you knew there was going to be a concert in town, you would be better prepared."

"air conditioner was running, mini fridge was dirty, no microwave. the staff were very sweet and helpful and I have nothing bad to say about them. the motel itself was dirty and something about everything had a weird vibe. The door to our room was hard to get into (we weren’t the only ones this happened to), and when the door was fully shut there was cracks and you could see sunlight coming through. the people around were also very sketchy and it was overall the most scariest and worst stay ever would not recommend. the parking was also terrible as it’s basically first come first serve "

"Check-in staff is pretty terrible, not really customer service people. No issues outside of that, but that’s the first thing you see and talk to when you walk in."
