This is a conference hotel, and it's starting to show its age. Staff is fine, but lots of tiuch-ups needed throughout. Glad it was not a festival or game weekend as one elevator did not appear to be working.

The old world feel was so nice. My room had old brick walls with big windows and exposed old beams from yester-year. Staff was super helpful, everything was squeaky clean, and the room accomodations were great. Overall, a beautiful, true to historic New Orleans hotel.
