"I loved this hotel! Super clean, kind staff. Great beach view! You park underneath the hotel, love the shade. Though there is a $10 nightly parking fee. There is 24 hour access to the beach behind the hotel pool. Complementary breakfast is always great (except that my boyfriend found a hair in his oatmeal.) I feel to be expected due to the buffet style. The only downside for me is that the elevators were spooky. One would shake as it stopped, like a dragging sensations. Staff explained it as the guests hold the elevator too long. Other than that, I had a great time!"

"Loved the beach view,staff was great,especially the one and only Nikki.Anything that you needed they were on it! Possibly needed some new chairs on the balcony as one of ours had a large crack.Overall a great stay"

"We stayed here for our 25 anniversary in September. The weather was perfect and we had beautiful sunsets. The hotel was beautiful and our room was clean and smelled so good (thank you Aracely). I was frustrated with the parking. We were not told it’s an additional $20 per night parking in the deck. Also, my husband has a stock F250 and we did not clear the clearance bar. It’s difficult to get in and out of the deck in a longer vehicle. We tried to eat at Coconut Charlie’s for dinner but the waiter was not attentive and they were out of steak and a few other things. We previously stayed at Aqua and frequented the Starbucks located in the Hyatt every morning. This time Starbucks was not great. The coffee did not taste good 3 different times. Overall, it was a great trip and a great room. I don’t think we’ll stay here again as the price was a little high for September and the parking was an issue."
