"Loved everything"

"The staff was absolutely wonderful—friendly, helpful, and truly the highlight of our stay. Unfortunately, the hotel itself could use some updates. Our room had a few issues, including a toilet that ran throughout the night, doors that didn’t close properly, and water that didn’t taste very good. The rooms are also quite small, with very limited space for belongings. The food from the Tiki bar food was not good. Bread taste old, chicken was rubbery I don’t like leaving negative feedback because the staff really did a great job, but I do think the property could benefit from some improvements to match the level of service provided."

"This was our second visit. Fun both times. We stayed on the 3rd floor king studio, no kitchen, partial view. Awesome view of the the Gulf from the balcony. Lots of things to do there for adults and kids, beautiful attached beach!"

"This was horrible I will never go again not worth what you pay, I should of looked at reviews 1st at check in rude workers, laundry facility does not work, the only good part was poolside &ocean view which u can get at any of the resorts along the beach, do your research 1st.My boyfriend got locked in the elevator Dirty, outdated old furniture."

"We enjoyed our short stay at this property. However, our first night we noticed the shower was dirty and there was a curly hair on the side of our sheets. It looked like it had been spot cleaned but not fully cleaned. When we went to tell the staff, she said the cleaning crew had already left and they could clean it first thing in the morning. After coming back from the beach the second day ir was spotless! All in all 6.5/10. "
