"Was not a great experience. Room was clean but definitely not spotless and the rooms are dated. We did not have a working television remote and after several attempts to fix it and multiple replacement remotes, it still did not work. The WiFi didn’t work either which was frustrating. Staff was pleasant enough as was the maintenance ma but not the property manager. Would not stay here again. "

"Pool down for 2 days after being shocked with chemicals. I got no reason, but suspect a baby in non swim diapersmay have pooped causing the closure. When opened back up all was greart. The floors look clean, but are actually dirty. I tried to explain that yes a new mop rag used each time but the permanent mopping device pad is black and new actual mops needed. Language lost in translation. Best bet is to go to Bealls and buy footie sock to wear during your stay and toss away. The location of the property was great. Quiet and fun watching the yachts, diving boats and fishing boats go buy. Kitchen utensils limited, but nice having a full size refrigerator. Had pool to ourselves basically after it reopened. "
