"An amazing resort. Front desk staff was incredible. I got an upgrade to a beautiful suite upon arrival. The property is beautiful. Pools, bars, restaurants, activities, and lots of spaces to sit and relax including gas fire pits and couches for evening wind-down. Loved it! "

"The hotel doesn't look like much from the street, but we were pleasantly surprised by the pool area, which had a tiki bar, 2 pools, and a hot tub. There's a Dunkin next door which was great for coffee & a quick breakfast in the morning. Typically breakfast is included in your stay at other Holiday Inns, but it's not included at this one since it's considered a "resort". The room was a bit dated, but clean. "

"We had a fantastic stay at the Reef House in Key Largo! They won us over right from the start—when we asked about a possible upgrade, they went above and beyond. We had originally booked a one-room with two beds and were pleasantly surprised to be upgraded to a spacious two-bedroom with a kitchen and living room. We were so impressed! The amenities were excellent—great pool and hot tub, right on the beach, plus fun extras like cornhole and other games. While we didn’t eat on-site since we enjoyed exploring local restaurants, everything the property offered made our stay easy and relaxing. One of the highlights was being able to have our fishing charter pick us up from the dock—so convenient! Overall, a wonderful experience and we would definitely go back."

"Beautiful property and the beach is nice, calm, and quiet. The made to order breakfasts every morning were absolutely amazing and delicious! My only complaint was that we explored Islamorada and did adventures during the day off the property. When we came back after dinnertime, we wanted to use some of the amenities such as fishing or having a drink from the bar and everything closed early (4:00-7:00 it was closed by). Would've been nice to have those things open till dark. "

"Our vacation was planned around just staying at the resort enjoying the pool. The bar restaurant all of that men are expectation. The room is clean. Staff was very pleasant was happy with our room nice view of the ocean. The one thing I noticed is that they seem to be a musty smell in the rooms, but I also know that with the carpets in the hallway and it is on the water that could contribute. Overall, our experience was very good."
