The guest service was amazing, our room was beautiful, the pool area was spacious and clean, and the beach was pristine. We loved that the chairs and umbrellas were included. We felt welcomed like cherished family and treated so wonderfully throughout our entire stay. We will definitely be back!"

Slight hiccup with elevator situation - but it was fine most of the time just waiting and some less than happy staff having to man the elevator that did work. But inconvenient but hardly takes anything away from our amazing stay."
