Ótimo apartamento numa EXCELENTE localização.

O apartamento possui um ótimo tamanho para um casal e 3 crianças. Sala espaçosa, banheiro grande, vários utensílios na cozinha, lojinha completo no térreo, mas o maior destaque dele, sem dúvida, é a localização. De frente para o parque da Luz, ao lado de uma bakery e perto de várias atrações onde pude ir a pé, como a ponte Hercílio Luz, o Armazém Rita Maria, o Top Market, o Mercado Municipal, a praia, enfim, nota 10. Quando voltar a Floripa com a família, certamente ficarei nele novamente.
