"Loved this hotel - the Spanish / Argentinian style of the lobby areas and rooms create a perfect SA River Walk hotel. The room was spacious and clean with comfortable beds and lots of pillows. Staff was kind and helpful. Lobby bar and seating was great. Direct access to the River Walk, but on a quieter stretch just around the corner from the main restaurant & bar section, made access easy but not crowded. We would definitely stay here again. "

"Well, the lobby floor was filthy for the two days we spent at the hotel…stuff spilled it looked like that just attracts dirt and looks yucky, but nobody cared enough to mop up the lobby floors or those in the elevators. Couldn’t raise the curtains in our room as a couple were broken, and hard to figure out honestly. **The Ice from the hall machine had bugs in it.** The breakfast downstairs was very good…located in Indian food restaurant next door. Coffee was good. Rooms were tiny, beds comfortable, bathrooms were seemingly updated…It was cheap and just minutes walking to all the stuff you want to walk to. Alamo, River Walk and tons of bars/restaurants and sites to see."
