The Hotel is closed. I don't understand why it is still listed. I paid and arrived to the hotel only to find out its closed and the locals confirmed it. I had to walk and book another. The worst part is I still haven't gotten refunded and Orbitz is waiting for a closed hotel's response.

This is a small hotel with 4 apartments with a 24hr staff. The staff was attentive and the apartments would be perfect for one staying longer than a few nights if wanting to cook, etc. The bedroom was in a separate room from the living room/kitchen area with it's own A/C. The only downside was that the rooms did not have a view of the lake and the window faced only into a small inner courtyard. The hotel is down a small alley and the location is on the opposite side from where most of the restaurants are located, but that's just a few minutes walk. Overall, good qualify for cost.

Es hat mir sehr gefallen, dass das Hotel sehr zentral war. Die Appartements waren groß und gut ausgestattet. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Es hat mir nicht gefallen, dass man durch die Fenstern einen guten Einblick von draußen bekommen konnte (da die Vorhänge transparent oder zu klein waren).

The hotel is hidden. It is a small, but well planned, modern property. It was built in 2014 and it is already showing some aging in their wooden floors. The rooms are private apartments with a nice bedroom, full kitchen and living/dining room with modern, nice furnishings. Georsen and Gabriela were very nice and accommodating. The kept our bags and allowed us to come back and wait in the air conditioned apartment until they took us to the airport. They also made reservation for us to go to Tikal at sunrise. I have a very good impression of Guatemalans. They are friendly and helpful.

État général décevant pour le prix par nuit demandé. La propreté laisse à désirer. Literie tachée. Tapis non nettoyé. Les photos sur le site expedia ne sont pas representatives de l’état général. Bref, déception.

こじんまりとしたホテルでした。キッチンがついておりアパートメントタイプ。とても静かでゆっくり過ごしたい人向き。カーテンの隙間から少し外が見えてしまうのは神経質な人や女性の一人旅には不向きかもしれません。チェックアウトの日、朝5時半に朝食をボックスで用意してくれる等親切な対応をしてくれました。6時に無料で飛行場までの車も手配してくれました。島側にあり、土産物ショップも近くにあります。湖畔ラマダホテル横にあるRICEというレストランまで徒歩10分。現地の有名店。ステーキのお店で、ディーナー時満席状態でしたが大きなお店ですぐ順番が来ました。旅行者もたくさん来ていました。結構おいしかったです。

Location and had two separate areas. Enterance was a tad difficult to find but our guide knew right where to go. Breakfast was brought to our room and that was a nice option.

Beautiful, spacious, clean, well-appointed apartment in Flores. But no soap/shampoo/conditioner/lotion (normally expected in a hotel) or extra toilet paper roll, and the entrance was down a narrow dark alley and not clearly marked (if not for the nice people sitting next door assisting, in Spanish, we never would have found it).

We had a wonderful time staying at this hotel! The staff are so welcoming and helpful. They helped my fiance set up a huge surprise for me with flowers covered all over our room spelling out my name. The rooms are beautiful and location perfect. Thank you!!!

Große moderne Wohnung

Die Unterkunft ist super modern und rießig. Die Dachterasse bietet einen schönen Blick auf den See. Die Unterkunft ist perfekt gelegen. Essen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Schritten erreichbar.

Great stay in Flores

Perfect location in Flores, and great apartment. But shop around for cheaper options if you can...felt a bit over-priced (hotel was empty while we were there) although the accommodation was very spacious and had good air con units and TVs.

Our Stay at Hotel Flores Boutique

We arrived late and the hotel graciously accommodated our request. The room was a suite on the first floor and furnished with everything you could need Unfortunately we were out the door at 6AM so we didn't really get to appreciate the suite to it's fullest. My big disappointment is that I accidently left jewelry there in my early morning stupor. I don't speak Spanish, tried to communicate with Expedia directly, but have had no results. I have even offered a reward, but again have heard nothing. I would stay there again should we return to Flores. I wish that I had read some of the reviews more closely since I missed that the entrance was half back in the alley. Two ladies sitting on their stoop directed us there with hand motions so I would say that the neighborhood is friendly at 9:45 at night.

Booked for 3 nights. Staff were helpful, but rooms were not up to speed. Ended up going to another hotel. Disappointing...

Mauvaise expérience, publicicite mensongère

Expériences horrible. Une fois trouvé l'entrée nous sommes accueilli manu militari et propulsé dans la chambre, une chambre au rez de chaussé donnant sur la rue le long d'un parking à moto. Impossible de dormir après 6h du matin et impossible d'ouvrir la moindre fenêtre, la chambre est donc en permanence dans le noir complet. Je demande où se trouve la terrasse vue sur la photo ou le service de petit déjeuner, on me réponds qu'il n'y en a pas. Le wifi ne fonctionnaient pas non plus et j'ai eu beau ouvrir les 50 placards de la chambre, pas de machines à laver, pas de cafetiere, pas de séché cheveux, pas de poubelles mais un sceau à champagne...pratique ! Qu'elle ne fut pas la bonne surprise de se réveiller mon amie et moi couverts de petits boutons qui grattent à s'en arracher la peau, le grand lit plein de coussins avait semble-t-il des puces. Le wifi fonctionnait très très mal, on a fini par aller dans les bars pour ça. Enfin pour un hôtel qui pratique des prix très haut de gamme au Guatemala, nous avons trouvé cela désespérant et étions content de partir. Je ne comprends pas les commentaires positifs, ils ne devaient pas être dans la même chambre que nous. L'hôtel n'a pas de réception et les nouveaux arrivant pensaient qu'il fallait entrer par notre porte, ça fait toujours plaisir de se lever la nuit pour répondre que l'entrée n'est pas là.

Mi esposa y yo quedamos muy complacidos con la hermosa habitación, el personal muy amable y eficiente. Volveremos con mucho gusto nuevamente. Les enviamos un fuerte abrazo y nuestro reconocimiento por sus atenciones. El desayuno mur sabroso y la vista al lago desde el lugar la parte de arriba, simplemente bello, invitaba a la tranquilidad y paz interior. ¡MUCHAS GRACIAS POR TODO!
