The staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and beautifully maintained, and the comfortable bed made our stay even better. The beautiful greenery and peaceful atmosphere made it feel like a dream. I’m truly grateful to every staff member for making our stay so special. If you’re visiting La Fortuna, I highly recommend this hotel. It’s honestly one of the best hotels I’ve ever experienced. I would definitely come back! ❤️"

"Lovely place to stay. Staff is helpful and friendly. They speak English and Spanish. Grounds are well maintained however the road to the front desk does need a few holes filled in. I rented a suite for 10 days. My room was clean and housekeeping did a nice job for us. Excellent free breakfast! They feed the iguanas and birds in the mornings with fresh fruit. My tour guide Grievan was awesome and knows his stuff! You can book tours right there through the resort. Restaurant food is amazing!! Ask for Carlos."
