"The room was clean and there were plenty of towels and toiletries in the bathroom. The air conditioner was quieter than the ones in most rooms I've stayed in. The free breakfast buffet was great and had a decent variety of items in it. My only gripe might be the distance from the parking lot to the hotel. It's a bit of a hike if you have a lot of things to bring in."

"This Hampton Inn has clearly undergone a thoughtful renovation — the lobby and breakfast area are bright, fresh, and genuinely inviting. The common areas make a great first impression with cheerful white décor and a welcoming atmosphere. The guest rooms show the same design effort in terms of décor, but the older bones of the building are evident in the flooring and wet bar cabinetry, which haven’t been updated to match the refreshed aesthetic. The highlight of our stay was absolutely the staff. When we detected a smoke smell in our original room at check-in, they responded promptly and graciously, going above and beyond to get us relocated without any hassle. That kind of attentive service is always appreciated. Unfortunately, the room itself had several issues that dampened the experience. Housekeeping left something to be desired — the floors had not been swept and the toilet and sink area needed attention. The king bed was fitted with a queen top sheet, leaving both sides noticeably short, and we had some concern about the cleanliness of the duvet insert that was touching us as a result. The air conditioning also struggled to keep the room comfortable. The property has real potential, and the staff clearly care. With more consistent attention to room cleanliness and bedding standards, this could easily be a four-star stay. For now, it was just okay.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​"

"I recently stayed at the Quality Inn & Suites in Eufaula, Alabama, and unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. The customer service, particularly from a staff member named Jay, was extremely unprofessional and rude. It made what should have been a simple check-in process unnecessarily uncomfortable. In addition, the rooms were far from satisfactory. They felt outdated, poorly maintained, and not at all comfortable. For a place that should offer rest and relaxation, it fell short in every aspect. Overall, I would not recommend this location based on my experience. Improvements in both customer service and room quality are definitely needed."
