We had a pleasant experience right from the start. Allegra checked us in and gave us a map with insights on the most important areas to visit as we walked through Florence. The hotel is perfectly located, which was most important to us. The rooms included a good sized bathroom and shower and were comfortable and clean. If you are looking for a comfortable and clean place to stay that is in the heart of the city then this should be high on your list. We would stay here again.

What a wonderful hotel! The staff were so lovely and helpful. The rooms had an Italian feel and were spotless with a hot shower and comfy bed.
