The flat is ok, but calling it “de luxe” is an overstatement. The amenities were ok too, although one would expect to find a corkscrew in a holiday flat in Italy. The best part of the flat is its location, it’s within walking distance of pretty much everything (as pretty much everything is in Florence) but at the same time it’s a bit further away from the tourist crowds. The responsiveness and check in were good too.

Loved the lounge and the location, apartment was clean. The details were disappointing, there were broken items around and the kitchen was not to the standard of the lounge the wardrobe was full of bedding which had to be moved to put clothes in and the view from the bedroom window not great. Very noisy Fri and Sat night on the sofa bed due to people going home and other apartments.

Good location on the south side of the bridges away from all the tourists. Good accommodations. Missing some essentials. Ran out of toilet paper no additional rolls in the appartment had to buy our own. Missing some kitchen essentials like a proper knife, paper towels, garbage bags, no oil or sugar or coffee would have been nice. etc. overall good. Tried to contact the property during our stay but got no repose. Overall 4/5. Would stay again but

We stayed in this apartment on Via Dell Orto for three days. We were just two of us, and found the apartment to be very spacious. All amenities in the apartment were of a high standard. Communication with the host was excellent. Vladimir texted us on WhatsApp, a few days before our arrival, with clear instructions. We parked our car in a garage nearby (cost Eu 35 per day). The garage was a two minute walk from the apartment. The apartment is very conveniently located, and is a 10 to 15 minute walk away from the Dome, and other city centre attractions. We were in Florence during the heat wave, and would return to the apartment by two or three pm after our morning sightseeing. The air conditioning was in good working order, and it would always be a pleasure returning to a cool apartment. The internet was fast and reliable. There are dozens of restaurants and bars within five minutes walk from the apartment. A grocery store on the ground floor just below the apartment was very convenient too.

Kiváló volt a kommunikáció a berbeadóval. Az apartman tiszta és jól felszerelt volt. Minden tökéletesen működött. Külön köszönet azért, hogy a már a megadott idő előtt elfoglalhattuk a szállást!
