This property was wonderful! It is super close to the train station and walkable to main sites in Florence! It is a great value, recently updated, clean, and we really enjoyed having an apartment rather than hotel room (and washer and dryer). Francesca was a great communicator, and any issues were quickly resolved. We didn’t figure out how to turn on the staircase lights until the last night, but that wasn’t anyone’s fault. It felt very safe as well! Highly recommend for a couple visiting Florence for an alternative to a hotel!!

Das Apartment ist sehr gut ausgestattet und wirkt neu. Alles ist sauber und funktioniert. Es ist etwas eigenartig, dass der Gast aufgefordert wird seinen Müll selbst zu entsorgen, das ist meines Erachtens die Aufgabe des Vermieters. Wir fühlen uns betrogen, dass der Vermieter den Gästen verheimlicht, dass in der Wohnung über dem Apartment eine Grossbaustelle ist und mit Abbruchhammern gearbeitet wurde. Man konnte sich nicht mehr im Apartment unterhalten. Die Vibrationen waren so start, dass die Decke im Schlafzimmer durch die Bauarbeiten beschädigt wurde und Teile der Decke, sowie Sand und Steine heruntergefallen sind und das gesamt Schlafzimmer inklusive den Betten verschmutzt hat. Über die Großbaustelle wurde das gesamte Haus über einen Aushang informiert. Der Vermiter hielt es jedoch nicht für notwendig Kunden vor der Buchung darüber zu unterrichten. DAS IST ILLEGAL Wir wollten den Vermieter telefonisch darüber informierten, jedoch leider vergebens, er ging nicht ans Telefon somit haben wir auf den Anrufbeantworter gesprochen. AUF DEN RÜCKRUF WARTEN WIR BIS HEUTE !!!! Wir mussten also 2 Nächte in mit Sand und Steinen verschmutzen Betten schlafen und jeden Tag das Schlazimmer säubern.
