Perfect place to stay in Firenza!!!

Close to train station and downtown, the manager is the best host and guide for your vacation. Rooms are like a 4 stars hotels with high quality equipment…. highly recommanded!!!

Incredible stay

Stayed here for 3 nights and was amazing!! The location was perfect, literally just next to the train station which small supermarkets dotted around. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Room was stunning and so much room! Again, the location was so ideal, only a 10 minute walk to the Duomo and so many resturants and bars near by! Would definitely stay here again on my travels to Florence

Great place

Great place just next to the train station. Nice area close to the Duomo and other nice sights. The manager, Claudio, was very helpful and texted us several suggestions on where to go and where to eat. Really nice guy. Clean, new rooms and super quiet. Nice balcony.

I've visited Florence twice, and N7 Rooms is the accommodation I'd recommend most. The location is ideal - just a short walk from the train station, which makes things so much easier if you're travelling around Italy on the train. It's still within easy walking distance of the city centre, but much quieter (I stayed by the Duomo on first visit, and it was quite noisy!!) What really made our stay was Claudio, from the N7 Rooms team. His communication was excellent from the start - clear instructions, helpful messages before we arrived and great local recommendations. He made sure everything was smooth from check-in to check-out, even kindly looking after our bags on the last day. The room itself was spacious, spotless, beautifully designed, and quiet. Exactly what we needed for a fleeting visit to Florence! Will definitely be back next time we're in Florence!

Great Apartment Hotel

Excellent apartment hotel close to Florence SMN railway station. Also close to supermarkets because as an apartment hotel it doesn't cater. We would use this again and recommend to others.

I don’t usually praise or bash my stay, but this has to be told. Place is clean, Claudio is a great host. I won’t mention maintenance because place is too fresh. A liiitle bit on the pricey side but comparing to other places, i would love to stay again in such clean & fresh property.

Ich hatte einen längeren Aufenthalt wegen einer Geschäftsreise in der Unterkunft. Sie ist neu, sehr zentral gelegen. Das Wohnkonzept ist sehr durchdacht und nachhaltig. Es wird auf Wünsche des Gastes eingegangen. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, präsent, zuvorkommend und immer ein guter Ansprechpartner bei Fragen.
