"Great hotel with wonderful amenities, a gorgeous rooftop bar, pool, and park, and clean, comfortable rooms. We enjoyed being a bit removed from the city's historic centre, but we could still reach everything on foot with ease. It's also a 10-minute walk to Santa Maria Novella Station for easy train access."

"The buffet breakfast had every option to be desired. Staff was helpful. Hotel is situated in a quiet area. If you’re coming from the US don’t forget a plug adapter AND step down transformer. There is a bus stop close by to get into the city or most things are a 30-60 minute walk. Irons are not in the rooms but in a designated area or available upon request."

"An oasis away from the cacophony of a busy Florence city centre. Yet well connected thanks to the shuttle service that’s well ran by the hotel staff. Good restaurant and breakfast. Lovely staff who couldn’t do enough for you. Well worth staying here if you want a quiet place rather than the huddle and bustle of a typical Florentine city centre hotel. The views from the restaurant terrace and hotel gardens are amazing."

"The rooms were very clean and fresh towels were brought often! The common areas were clean and well maintained. The only thing I wish was there were hooks in both bathrooms (especially the shower) so I could hang my towel and clothes and not have to put them on the floor or the sink. Other than that I would stay again!"
