Great to be in a room so close to the sights. Property is unique and we felt part of the Florence scene. The breakfasts were delicious, the drawback is having to walk to the restaurant and they don’t start the buffet until 8am. We had a 8.50 train departure so had to miss breakfast on the last day as it was too far to walk, come back to the room, get our bags and then walk to the train station.

What an incredible location!!! Easy to walk everywhere you want to go!! Staff were friendly and the nearby breakfast buffet was great with a lot of options! Loved having an elevator and working AC after walking so much!!Only complaint is the electronics were outdated. Hair dryer didn’t work, tv remote didn’t work and no smart tv.

The property was in excellent location in Rialto area, close to vaporetta and main attractions. Neely renovated bathroom, spacious room and a kitchenette and fridge fully loaded. Just one set of stairs from vaporetto to the B&B. Trust me it is important in Venice. Very responsive owner and staff. Thank you for making our stay excellent!!!
