The property was in excellent location in Rialto area, close to vaporetta and main attractions. Neely renovated bathroom, spacious room and a kitchenette and fridge fully loaded. Just one set of stairs from vaporetto to the B&B. Trust me it is important in Venice. Very responsive owner and staff. Thank you for making our stay excellent!!!

A wonderful room in a beautiful Florentine apartment building. The building is very charming and situated just 2 streets away from the Duomo, giving you a great view. The ceilings are very high and it is wonderfully decorated. The staff were also very helpful, letting us check in early and leave our bags both on the arrival and departure day. The receptionist even gave us some good restaurants which were fantastic. The room itself was very clean, with a corner view and good storage and bathroom. We didn't opt for the breakfast option, but the coffee and water in the communal areas was welcome in the morning. The one thing I would say is that the instructions to find the place and call reception from the door could have been a little clearer. Overall, excellent though.

I absolutely loved my stay here and would highly recommend! The staff is wonderful and the room was lovely. Right in the middle and close to anywhere you would need to go in Florence. I will 100% stay here again when I come back to Florence one day.

Lovely clean room less than five minutes from Duomo. Very efficiently run B&B. Excellent high quality buffet breakfast in local restaurant a short stroll away and fronting on to Piazza della Signoria. Great way to start the day!
