The hotel rooms are serviceable. My favorite thing about them was how quiet they were - and the air conditioning worked great. It is very convenient to everything. My only downside is that is appears that showering in the evening means a lukewarm (at best) shower. The breakfasts were typical and the rooms were on the small side but still fine.

The location was ideal for being fairly close to the train station. The room had ample space and was clean. Part of the door frame around the bathroom was missing so some work needed to be done. I appreciated the included free breakfast in the morning and the courtyard patio to sit in.

This hotel is down right disgusting. We showed up excited because the pictures looked cute and it a good walking distance. The female front desk worker is rude, the sheets have blood stains on them after switching rooms and the worst part, is we found bed bugs. They refuse to refund us and are making us stay in their infested hotel. Do not come here. Pay the extra money and stay anywhere else.

The family run hotel was beautiful and the staff/family is very welcoming and accommodating. All touristic places were in walking distance, restaurants near where very good. We had forgotten our wedding ring and they returned it to us and helped in finding it. All in all will go back again !

Hotel was nice and clean and the staff was helpful. It is close enough to walk to the tourist areas but far enough away that it is really not that close. Close enough to train station for a quick walk or ride (with luggage). We did both and it took about 10-15 min either way. Close to Accademia Gallery. Park area in front was fine during the day but some homeless sleeping there at night. Room was spacious for 4 people and the view overlooked the park. Everything close enough that can be walked.

Kylskåpet fungerade inte, sängen var så hård, vände du sömnen vaknade du. Varierande frukost, beroende på vilken tid du kom för att äta samt vilken dag i veckan du åt på hotellet. Inga tv-kanaler fanns? Du kan inte beställa något i hotellbaren, de hade bara slattar kvar i flaskorna. Annars ligger hotellet centralt och man har nära till allt. Detta hotell har tre stjärnor, men förtjänar bara två.

Le camere sono spaziose e pulite, purtroppo non funzionava l’aria condizionata calda e quindi faceva abbastanza freddo. Anche la tv non aveva canali visibili. In più ci hanno messo al piano di una scolaresca che faceva un rumore infernale tanto che alle 2 del mattino sono dovuta uscire a richiamare i ragazzi. Credo che vigilare sulla tranquillità degli ospiti sia una condizione essenziale per un buon albergo. Colazione nella norma.

Wonderful customer service, friendly staff, helpful providing information. It's about 15 minute walk from main train station, keep in mind busy, narrrow sidewalks, can be a challenge if you have a lot of luggage. You can take public transportation across train station to take you close to the hotel, there is a bus station across the hotel. Breakfast was continental, sufficient to get you started for the day.

Hotel molto carino e caratteristico. A pochi passi dal centro e dalla stazione (10minutin a piedi) Camere e zone comuni pulitissime, uniche pecche: water con uno scarico lentissimo, all’interno della tazza rovinato da macchie gialle e pezzi della vasca rotti che con pochi euro si potrebbero benissimo cambiare. Colazione discreta, niente di eclatante. Nel complesso comunque esperienza positiva

TOP Haus

Wir waren mit dem Motorrad hier. Direkt vor dem Hotel kostenlose Stellplätze. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, citynah, und direkt an einem grünen Park. Das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Zimmer sind neu renoviert im wunderschönen Stil des Gebäudes. Viel Liebe im Detail. Mit moderner Klimaanlage. Top Sanitärräume. Das Frühstück ist ok, aber nicht besonders reichhaltig. Sehr gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis.
