We had a great stay. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, only a few minutes walk to the train station. The pillows were terrible but that’s the only negative I could possibly bring up. The area is lively and exciting, the apartment comfortable and clean. I would stay here again (but I’d bring a pillow!)

The large 2 room suite was very comfortable and clean. It has a washing machine and dishwasher to use. Being right on the street it was a little loud at night as people on the street talked loudly.

Wonderful location to see the amazing sites of Florence. Traffic noise in the morning is sometimes intense. Understandable considering you are in the heart of an urban area. Just mentioning it for people that may not want that type of situation. Overall, really enjoyed our stay. The marketplace a few blocks away has an incredible variety of fresh food. Don’t miss it.

WORST RENTAL EVER. Someone in this building was doing construction, we believe, between 10:45 pm and 6:15 am every night we were there. No sleep between the banging, crashing, stomping, laughing, singing and shouting. It got worse every night and we were there for three days. My white socks will never come clean from walking on the floor. The street sounds come into the unit as if the windows were wide open. Lights were burned out and some were broken. The sofa / hide a bed was also broken but we could at least sit on it. The toilet rocks back on forth in the mount to the floor. The TV is advertised as 32” and is actually 22” but we never turned it on. On the positive side: this apartment has a very unique personality. It is close to most of the things we wanted to see and places to eat in Florence.

Excellent property and location. Everything you need within walking distance and close to multiple transportation options (train station, tram to airport, bus route, etc). Very safe with double locking doors on front of building and in main stay area. Host was fantastic and very communicative. Gave several great recommendations as well. Will definitely plan to stay here again in the future!

Central but not up to scratch

We spent five nights here and generally enjoyed our stay as it was so central. Unfortunately the TV was not working/ the iron kept tripping the system/ there was blood on the spare pillows/ none of the appliances worked in the kitchen area.

Die Lage war einfach top! Wir konnten alles zu Fuss erreichen und mehrmals am Tag kurz unsere Einkäufe in das Appartment bringen. Das Schlafsofa war für uns okay. Es könnte jedoch gerade für schwerere Personen schon ziemlich unbequem sein. Der Check-In hat super geklappt und die Person war pünktlich für die Schlüsselübergabe. Wir waren sehr zu frieden.
