Pros: close to several local restaurants just down the street maybe 700 meters. Nice pastry and coffee shop 100 meters. Bus stop around the corner about 200 meters. Ground floor with decent ac although the unit in the bedroom seemed to cycle more than the one in the living room. The gentleman that let us in was very helpful. The main part of Florence was only a 10-15 minute walk at a normal pace, however as noted the bus stop around the corner had frequent service and was only 2.5 euros. The #14 bus stopped there and for 2.5 euros you could access the train station. Cons: on the corner so a bit more road noise than desired. Bed was a bit lumpy and there was only one thin quilt. The owner did say he would have brought more but we did not ask. There was no soap and shampoo, again the owner said he would bring some if asked. Second bedroom is a loft and in my humble opinion difficult to access with the stairs/ ladder.

Charming apartment. Very clean and safe. The host was delightful and provided recommendations for restaurants and meals in the area, all of which exceeded our expectations. I highly recommend and would stay here again if I returned to Florence.

tiene todo lo necesario pero es viejo

Tiene todo lo necesario, no obstante, al no tener ventanas (solo una en el dormitorio) en ninguna habitación es muy húmedo. tiene Aire acondicionado lavavajilla y lavarropas. Salvo la cocina y el baño, el resto del departamento es viejo. las camas tienen colchones incómodos y las almohadas son escasas y muy viejas. por el precio se puede soportar los inconvenientes pero no volvería.
