This location is just a 10-minute walk from the Rialto vaporetto stop and the San Marco/ Doge Palace area. The Aqua Alta bookstore is right next door and it is a 2-minute walk away from St. John and Paul square with many restaurants and bars. The room we got was very spacious with twin-sized beds and its own (not en-suite) bathroom across the door. The dining room had two coffee machines with a good selection of drinks available 24/7 which we found very useful. A delicious continental breakfast was included. The neighborhood felt very safe and our corner room had views of canals. Highly recommend!

A traditional street near the river so perfect for Ufizzi and centre of Florence Lovely building with a lovely feel to it Friendly reception/ helpful ( parking not so easy and penalty fine on its way to is for coming to hotel in car)

I had a great stay! Everyone at the reception desk was super helpful and friendly. They also let us leave our luggage there for a few hours after checking out which was super helpful! Location was great and there were lots of dining options nearby.

We booked for 4 nights and had a very comfortable stay. We were given a two-rooms+1-bathroom suite with 5 twin-sized beds. Each room opened to a very spacious patio that is shared with two other rooms. The elevator serves only some rooms. The suite came with AC, lots of storage and a mini fridge; a water kettle was provided upon request. Our friends were immediately moved to another room when they reported that the AC in their room was not working. A housekeeping issue we had was addressed immediately. We were able to leave our bags at no charge when we stayed away for one night before returning for the second half of our stay in Florence. It is close to bus stops, and L'Arte di Dory right across is a wonderful restaurant. There are coffee and gelato places on the street and also mini-markets. We would definitely stay here again!

Super nice staff!

The shining star here is the staff! Amazingly helpful and caring group. Very competent! They really helped us out. The room is cute and clean. Not fancy but nice.

Nice and quiet location, walkable with restaurants around. Rooms were spacious and very comfortable. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Keep in mind there is no metro in Florence, so itโ€™s 25-30 mins walk from the main train station. Taxi is available.

The reality of this property was different than the promotional materials presented. The front desk staff at check in were efficient but not welcoming, as we had experienced at other properties on our trip. It was not "modern". The bathroom had a shower curtain that separated the toilet from the small shower area. There were 2 paper cups as the only amenity in the room. The beds were a foam mattress on a frame. There was no maid service to refresh the room and provide additional "paper cups". We appreciated the ceiling fan to move the air. We did open the windows at night but the street noisy was too much. We didn't spend a great deal of time in the room because we were there to see Florence, but this was definitely the most disappointing accommodations on our trip.

The staff were absolutely amazing. Very kind and helpful. Checking in and out was a breeze and they also provided an electric kettle for us to use in our room. Only complaint was the walls were a little thin so we were able to hear when our neighbors were up and when they were in the hallway.

Cute property & good location, walking distance to everything. Rooms are basic. They could be fixed up a bit more (plaster in shower peeling, piece of flooring missing), but overall a good experience if you are not looking for a 5 star property.
