Property is on the 3rd or 4th floor, which was fine for my family, but might be a deterrent to someone that has difficulty climbing stairs and carrying luggage. Host was friendly and on time. Communication was great! Very close to the train station and San Lorenzo Market. Florence is easily walkable from the apartment. Thanks!

We loved this apartment! My husband would move here if he could. It's 3 flights up, but once you're on the top floor, there is a skylight and views all the way to the dome of Santa Maria Novella. The location is about a 2 block walk to the train station with a grocery store, bakery/coffee shop, neighborhood bar, pharmacy, and several restaurants nearby. The Piazza del Duomo is a 950m walk. The bathroom is adequate with a tiny washing machine. Plenty of places to hang dry clothes. There is a balcony big enough for 2 and large picture windows in both bedrooms that can be fully opened, screened, or fully shuttered. Comfortable sofa sleeper, nice size tv, and full-size kitchen with seating. It's a small touch, but I especially appreciated the magnifying makeup mirror. The only drawbacks were the noise on Friday and Saturday night when lots of young people congregate near the train station. Florence is beautiful and small-town friendly with museum quality art on display in every church as well as multiple state museums. I hope to stay here again soon.

It is prefect spot in Florence and you don't need to rush through going to the train station as it's mere 5 minutes walk. The property is nice just that it is at the 3rd floor without elevator. The property managers are very helpful and accommodating.

The flat was big and basic. Lots of stairs to walk up and the area felt a little unsafe when entering in the alley way and dark hallway! Pretty close to train station which we liked but there was a bar on the corner and the patrons were very noisy on our street until after 4 am. Did not get much sleep!

Tolle Lage mit Tram, Supermarkt, Altstadt um die Ecke. Für 4 Personen bestens geeignet. Ruhig und im dritten Stock, daher nicht barrierefrei, war für uns aber kein Problem. Wir würden definitiv wieder hier wohnen wollen.

O apartamento é muito bom... com 2 quartos e um sofá cama bem grande. É muito próximo a estação de trem, que dá para ir a pé. Também é possível ir para vários locais a pé de lá. Quando chegamos no local tivemos que esperar uma meia hora o responsável do checkin chegar. O sofá estava com roupas de cama do hospede anterior, só resolveram isso por volta das 21h.
