"Hotel was very nice. Service was excellent, friendly and with a smile. The hotel has great views across the lake. The rooms were nice and comfortable, and the breakfast also very good. "Here to visit Varnhem kloster. Our stay at the hotel was very nice. Comfortable beds which is very important. The service from reception to bar visit to dinner to breakfast was excellent. We will be back next year from 29-31 may. "

"First the bad stuff…There pricing was up there with some bigger chains so expect more from a hotel. I received a room that looked clean-ish, but they hadn’t changed the sheets. Just made the bed again. There was a clear indication that someone had slept in the bed before, plus there was hair by the pillows. I asked for milk for morning coffee, which I received (milk packets), only it had gone out of date 6 months before. I was down as soon as breakfast opened. The yogurt tasted like it went...

"The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The staff are extremely kind and helpful, and the breakfast is excellent. I do have just two suggestions I hope can be considered: there is no air conditioning in the room, which made it a bit hot and uncomfortable at times, and there is no refrigerator, so I had to bring some of my items down to the reception."
