Great value for the money. Definitely not a "high end" hotel, but very clean and comfortable. Lots of parking and not cramped. Breakfast could have used a bit more effort as some items were gone or not filled up (and I was there early, not at the end of the service) - it really needed some staff to tend to it.
I definitely will be back possibly to stay 23 nights in a row due to my long travel back-and-forth to work. It saves me on gas, but I slept so wonderful. It was so quiet. The bed and pillows were so comfortable and I enjoyed the hot tub.
This was the best hotel I've ever stayed at! The room was beautiful, the staff was great, the amenities were awesome. I'll never stay anywhere else now.

Toilet ran every 10 minutes. Refrigerator motor was loud. We put luggage on top and pushed footstool in front of door to tone it down. Elevator floor looked dirty. Staff was friendly. Bed was comfortable. TV was distorted on some shows. It was a good location.
The room was excellent the only complaint we had was the chair in the room was very uncomfortable in the shower was a little slippery the staff was very good they only issue we had was on the day we got ready to leave some of the staff didn't show up for work and so there was no silverware no want to catch up mustard and condiments to eat for breakfast with and so we had to go try to find a staff member to come figure everything out and they told us that people didn't show up for work

Beds were very clean & comfortable. The cleaning staff were very helpful, but the desk staff were not very knowledgeable. The overall hotel looked as if it was under renovation & wasn't as clean as I had expected. Only 1 elevator was operating during our 4 night stay. Ice machine on our floor was out of order the entire stay.
Gigantic hotel and convention center. Very nice, newish room, very clean. Great breakfast. Friendly, helpful staff. Provided us with a power strip to use during our stay. Also, right off the highway so very convenient for travel.👍
Thank you for your amazing staff. The house keeping, chef, workers in the breakfast area, the front desk staff, each one of them played an amazing role in making my stay worth staying. Yall are amazing and I couldn’t be more proud to be apart of the family for the few days I was there.

The room was clean, except pubic hair in the tub. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. The box spring on both queen beds were held up with 2×4's.
Breakfast- 1 of 2 mornings. Food was cold. Ran out of forks and creamer for coffee.
Day 2- We had to look for someone to get clean plates for us. Then there was no creamer for coffee again. Otherwise the breakfast was OK. Parking was great. Well lite.
Price was fair for what you got.
Spacious bathroom, tub not cleaned good ; found hair in tub . Microwave had food from previous client so not inspected good by house keeping. Breakfast was not good. Poor variety of breakfast items and not enough quantity. Place is good for 1-2 nights . Lobby area was very spacious. Pool area nice and clean… bed frame in room had metal piece sticking out and clients can easily scrape their leg getting out of bed ..

Rooms were clean and roomy. Check in and out was easy. It looks like the hotel is undergoing renovations because dismantled bed in the hallways, tools and paint cans in some places. The restaurant in the hotel was having their soft opening, so we decided to eat there. The food was delicious. They are still working out the kinks. The complementary breakfast was the biggest disappointment. They ran out of food and coffee by 8:30. There was no plates and no utensils. Do Better!
It’s not 5 star but it’s clean, the price is fair, the water is hot, and everything you need is within 2mins. The staff is really helpful and respectful. Hotel food is overpriced but can’t win them all. Overall a solid experience 4 stars and I will be back.
