Palm Beach Chalets

"I agonised over where to book travelling with 3 neurodivergent kids and Nana who had recent surgery. I settled on Palm Beach resort. There was a discrepancy in my booking when I received confirmation, which was sorted via email without issue by the helpful staff. I booked a one bedroom place and was pleasantly surprised that we had two bedrooms. (Thanks so much Palm Beach). The accommodation is in the Waiheke resort grounds and we were able to use their mini golf and pool. The location is very central and it’s easy to get to oneroa, there is a supermarket 5 min drive away. Ther is a bus stop metres from the resort although we didn’t use the bus service. We were attending a wedding at Mudbrick, the resort is about 12 mins drive from mudbrick winery. Palm beach is beautiful and it’s close . The chalets/apartments are separate from each other, so great for kids who sometimes have issues with keeping noise to a minimum! Our accommodation was up a steep path, so if mobility is an issue I would flag that when you book. Our room wasn’t as clean as it could have been, but not so bad we wouldn’t stay again. We would love to return."

"The apartment was amazing. We loved the covered patio ad the uninterrupted views out to the beach. The host was very helpful upon check in and then after our stay when I discovered I left some belongings behind. He kindly arranged for them to be safely couriered back to me. It was a very comfortable stay and so close to the Lost Springs. I’d love to return to stay again one day soon."

"We stayed for 2 nights. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I will stay here again. Only thing was there was no house keeping to clear the bins that is the only feedback. Otherwise, good location at a beautiful spot. We stayed here in the past and we plan to stay here again."

"This was the cutest little retro hotel. I loved the room, perfect for me and my partner and the location couldnt have been more perfect. Everything was within a couple minute walk. We could walk to every bar, restaurant and the beach. 10/10!"
