"locaction and room were decent. Cleanliness of the room was questionable as the floor was really dirty. This wasn’t a big deal. However, I was greatly disappointed by Fredy’s attitude and extremely POOR customer service. I have traveled quite a bit in various European cities, but he was the most rudest host I had ever came across. "Excellent for proximity to train station. <30 min walk to center or uni. Very friendly and helpful guys at front desk. Has Indian-Nepali restaurant/bar attached, but I didn't tty it. Clean and comfortable room. Only negative was dilapidated light well 'view.' Preferred to close curtains and pretend there was no window."

"A lovely old house with excellent bedrooms and kitchen area. The little private garden at the rear was very pleasant to sit in. Polo is a very helpful host. There are a lot of roadworks going on in the area but further into the old town are all the great sights and restaurants. "
