"Very nice hotel with 4 pools and a restaurant/bar. It felt very cozy and intimate with lots of trees/greenery and music playing in the background. The room and pool area were very clean. The staff were helpful. There are options to rent bikes/golf carts/scooters right at the hotel. All in all 5 stars."

"Beautiful resort hotel. Location is perfect. Walking distance to just about everything. Room was clean and comfortable. The hotel restaurant Lolita's was wonderful. Great food and service. We ate breakfast, lunch and dinner over the week and were never disappointed. Shout out to Lenka at the bar. Friendly and boy did she rock a great Sangria. Highly recommend this hotel but would suggest the staff at check in take a few minutes to go over all the amenities offered."

"Resort fee is quite high for the amenities offered-we didn’t use the shuttle, nor did we take advantage of slushies or popsicles as they are available for a short period of time. Welcome drink was never offered, nor was parking pass. Happened to observe in other vehicles and inquired. The room was very clean, liked the decor how ever the only chair in the room sits very low to the floor. Challenging for those with any physical limitations. Rooms are also very noisy-they do provide a white noise machine. Shower did not work well-knob was wobbly. Beach across the street is lovely however during our stay had heavy seaweed that smelled bad."

"Property was clean and comfortable. Our room however was not well cleaned or stocked upon check-in. No spare rolls of toilet paper, no tissues in room.. had to go to bathroom in lobby to get what we needed. Floors were not cleaned.. gritty and grimy. Shoes were required to walk around room. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Afternoon wine with snacks was a very many pleasant surprise. We noticed maintenance people making repairs all around the Property but housekeeping was very scarce as was front desk during morning. Seemed to always be waiting for staff to come back. The morning front desk staff was not very friendly, helpful or personable. A smile or you're welcome to a thank you would have been nice. We arrived at 215 pm on Sunday and we're told check in was at 4 and they would call when rooms were ready. Never happened..we came back at 530 to check and we're given the keys to our room. Afternoon coverage was much more friendly and she had a smile on her face. The cons were minor and would not prevent us from staying there again."
