"I adored this warm and cosy apartment. The staff were lovely and everything was clean and well laid out. The ability to just nip out to catch a tram or return to eat together really enhanced our family break. We enjoyed the buffet breakfast and would not hesitate in recommending Saga Apartments to fellow travellers."

"Overall, great property and stay, right in the middle of the city and walkable to anywhere you want to go around central Oslo. Only real issue was the shower, due to the design (or possibly just the room we stayed in) water would go EVERYWHERE inside the bathroom, making it a bit of a pain to dry off or use the toilet again without getting wet feet. "The apartment was great. It has been very clean, big windows for a lot of daylight, nice furniture and space for our toddler to run too. Huge advantage is the elevator, esp when traveling with a toddler and more luggage. And there would have been some parking lots to book but you also find some parking in walking distance when traveling by car."

"City Box is a basic hotel but it's clean and central to Oslo. Some of the fixtures and fittings could use an upgrade, the bed/mattress was a bit basic and creaky and the shower head could have been better, but if you're only resting your head then that's not a huge deal. You check in with a code (that I didn't have because my email service was being slow), but there are helpful staff on hand if you need help. And all the staff I saw were polite and friendly. The hotel has a partnership with a few nearby eateries and you can get money off breakfast or dinner, though I didn't use any of them. At first glance they still looked a little pricier than I, as a cheap backpacker, wanted to pay. Maybe I should have looked harder as I did find food prices in Oslo to be high anyway. The hotel is extremely central in Oslo - 5 minutes walk to the train station - and there are many choices of shopping, eating or visitor attractions close by. It is a hotel I will look to use again if I return to Oslo."
