"The hotel and room were fine. When we first checked in, the wasn't anyone at the desk. Finally a girl came out and was very matter of fact. She didn't welcome us or very friendly at all. We could hardly hear her, as her voice was very low. Certainly not like other Fairfield’s we’ve stayed at."

"The breakfast could use some adjusting. Maybe seat people and give them a menu. There was a plate with small slices of Brie. It was nearly impossible to get it off the plate. It was stuck tight. I couldn’t understand everything the hostess/waitress said. Her accent was still a little thick. She was very nice, however, and happy to serve. Lighting in the room could be better. Most of the light is in the hallway by the door. Hard to see for packing or reading."

"The room was clean, bed was comfortable and exceptionally soft towels the price was great. Over all it is a very good hotel the first room we were assigned was next to elevator, soda ma home and ice machine. They kindly changed our room. My minor complaints. The breakfast, while good, was in a small room, so not enough tables and chairs. The elevator is a bit slow for such a busy hotel. One night there was not enough parking"
