"This place should be condemned,I suggest removing it from Expedia.The beds were absolutely horrible.Even after trying a different room, the bed was worse.The bathroom, black mold and the shower dripped all night.The microwave had dried food/coffee inside. We were told bc we were staying more than a night we would not get housekeeping.There was not enough towels.We had to keep going to the desk to get more.No clock.The door didn’t close correctly,you could see daylight through the side and bottom.It is a very noisy location,trains about every 7-10 minutes.The staff, disrespectful and down right rude. Room was not available at checkin. The clerk even cussed at me directly,using the “f”word!!I am certain the set of rooms are where the “residents” stay.The bed was sunken visibly.We were both in pain especially in the mornings.We weren’t able to sleep through the night. We simply could not endure our entire paid stay and had to find another accommodation to simply rest our heads."
